It was retained by the local school district in Osceola County, FL to establish and operate a charter school for their community.
AcadeMir’s mission is to provide a well-rounded K-8th grade education through a challenging STEM focused curriculum using innovative, reform-based instructional methods in a stimulating and nurturing environment that fosters maximum student achievement.
Use of Proceeds & Repayment
The proceeds from this loan will allow AcadeMir to cover expenses related to widening the school’s main access road.
This loan will be repaid by bond financing from existing bondholder(s) with a supplemental bond scheduled to be issued in Fall 2024. If needed, this LENDonate note will be extended by up to 2 months, with a +3% interest rate.

The new Osceola County charter school has 430 students currently enrolled for the Fall 2024 academic year. More than 70% of the enrolled students in Osceola County are from Latino communities and are eligible for subsidized education and school lunch subsidies.
